About Footgolf
Footgolf Is a unique blend of soccer and golf kicked off in the Netherlands, created a stir worldwide, and has now landed at Tupelo Bay.
It’s played with a soccer ball on a golf course, but with separate greens. The goal? Get the ball in the hole with the fewest strokes (kicks) possible. Think of it as SOCCER GOLF (where golf meets soccer).
FootGolf is played using the basic model of golf, with a tee box, a green, bunkers, hazards, a similar scorecard and 18 holes to play. The main differences are the cups, which are 21 inches in diameter, the ball (a soccer ball), the shorter holes, and the fact that the players kick the ball instead of using clubs. The main goal is simple: kick the ball into the hole with the fewest amount of kicks possible.
